Step 1:

First of all, users should click on the link below to install the VirtualBox extension.

Find the Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack and then click on the file to download it to your computer.

To select preferences, open the VirtualBox virtual machine and then click File, or press Ctrl + G.

A new interface appears. Click on the Extension tab, and then click the Add button in the right corner of the screen to add a new extension to download to your computer.

Find the folder containing the newly downloaded extension package on your computer and then click Open to add it to VirtualBox.

In the installation terms interface, click I agree to agree to the installation terms, and the utility package will be installed immediately.

Right-click the virtual machine that is having mouse and keyboard problems, select Settings, and then select the USB section in the list on the left of the interface. Look to the right, select USB 3.0 (xHCI) Controller, and click OK.
