How to open files blocked by Windows Defender SmartScreen
You can rapidly provide permission to open a file if trying to launch one that you know is secure creates problems.
Step 1: Go to the program or file that SmartScreen is preventing from running.
Step 2: Right click on file.
Step 3: Click on Properties.
Step 4: To make the checkmark visible, select the checkbox next to Unblock
Step 5: Click on Apply.

Should I disable Windows Defender SmartScreen?
